HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Any order shipped within the contiguous US will receive free shipping. All other shipping costs will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Orders placed on the website will be processed within 1-4 business days, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on a weekend or on a public holiday may experience additional processing times.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to customer service. Changes or cancellations to an order can only be made within 1 hour of placing the order, and are not guaranteed. All processing times are estimates subject to change. Please note that choosing express shipping does not expedite the processing time and the order must process before the express shipping period begins.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track the shipping status of your order(s) by logging in to your account, selecting Order History and clicking Track Order. Click here to log in to your account.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time.
*Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within Canada.
You will receive all order confirmation, shipping, and tracking notifications via email.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday.
Shipping is taking 1-4 days at this time within all Provinces (Remote Areas excluded). All other shipping timeframes to International destinations vary based on local carrier.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to most International countries from J'Rohi. Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.
DO YOU COVER DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the US and UK are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.
DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means that you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.
Please note that J'Rohi is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs. You can reach out to your local post office for additional information.
