Returns

If you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase from J'Rohi, you may return it back to us within 60 days from the date of purchase. To start the return process for US based orders, please find the returns link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit the returns portal linked below. Print out the prepaid shipping label provided, after confirming your return request. If you do not have a printer, you may bring your digital return code to an eligible USPS location and they will print a label for you.
