Where does J'Rohi currently ship?
We currently ship to physical addresses within Canada only.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing can take longer during peak periods, promotions or unforeseen circumstances.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the Canada Post service selected at checkout:
- Priority: approximately 1 business day
- Xpresspost: approximately 1 business day
- Expedited Parcel: approximately 2–5 business days
These are carrier estimates after processing and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the order's size, weight and Canadian destination.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with available tracking details.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Not at this time. Please enter a complete Canadian physical address at checkout.
Can I return or exchange hair-care products?
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Please review product information carefully or contact us before ordering if you need help selecting a product.
